Macquarie University Study Abroad Scholarship

Eligibility criteria

Applicants must:

• Have met the Macquarie University Study Abroad academic and English requirements for the course and hold a full offer of admission of a Study Abroad program by the application deadline.
• Have a minimum WAM of 65 out of 100 for postgraduate programs or ATAR equivalent of 85 out of 100 for undergraduate programs.
• Have applied for a 4-unit Study Abroad Program.
• Have applied for a course which has a full-time study load.
• Commence study in the session and year indicated in their offer of the Scholarship. Commencement may not be deferred.

You are not eligible if:

• You're currently enrolled in a Macquarie University 4-unit Study Abroad program.
• You've completed the same level or a higher level of study previously.
• You're in receipt of another equivalent or major award or scholarship from Macquarie University or their partners.
• You have applied for a program that is not a Study Abroad program at Macquarie University.
• You're enrolled at Macquarie City Campus or Macquarie University International College (MUIC).

How to apply

Applicants must apply for their Study Abroad program at Macquarie University. Once your course application has been processed, you will receive a Macquarie University Student Number which is compulsory to submit the online scholarship application form.

Applicants must complete an online scholarship application form and type "Study Abroad" in the Scholarship Name field.
