Qualifying students

If you intend to qualify for your degree at the close of Session 1 2026, after results release, check your unofficial academic transcript from Friday 10 July to make sure your transcript information is up to date before you request an official academic transcript. Please ensure you review your unofficial academic transcript before submitting a request for an official academic transcript. All requests for official transcripts are processed as submitted and are non-refundable. Please refer to the instructions below on how to request an unofficial academic transcript.

Request, pay and collect your academic transcript

An academic transcript is a certified record of your full enrolment history at Macquarie University.

This includes all courses attempted, results received, and awards conferred. Your academic transcript cannot be altered or separated (e.g. between different undergraduate and postgraduate degrees).

Your academic transcript lists:

  • units and programs you have enrolled in
  • all units and course you have attempted
  • grades received
  • details of your qualified and completed courses

All students and graduates can order physical copies of your official transcript, and most can also order a digital copy.

A physical copy of your transcript is included in your graduation documents. Graduates since 2020 also receive a digital copy.

To ensure an academic transcript's authenticity:

  • physical transcripts are always printed on secure University paper
  • digital transcripts are held in the secure platform, My eQuals.
