Useful tips when enrolling

Enrolling via eStudent is a two-step process – enrol into units then register in classes.

Before you enrol there are mandatory tasks listed in eStudent to complete, for example providing your USI and agreeing to the Terms and Conditions.

The Managing My Course page in eStudent is where you can make changes to your study plan, such as adding and removing units in elective sets. You will first need to make sure any units you wish to enrol into are on your Manage My Course page prior to enrolling.

  • If you are studying a double degree, you need to add all your units manually on the Managing My Course page. You can use the Double Degree Advising Tool in the handbook to find your course structure.

The Plan and Enrol page is where you can schedule and enrol into units. If a unit doesn’t appear on your Plan and Enrol page, check first to see if it’s on your Manage My Course page.

To access your unit content and subject specific materials go to iLearn. Content is usually made available two weeks before the start of session, but you can check if it is available on the unit status page.

If you encounter errors or problems enrolling, you can trouble-shoot using the Enrolment Support form.
