As a student at Macquarie University, you pay the Student Services and Amenities Fee (SSAF) each year. This fee is covered by government legislation and spending is limited to defined categories. We need your input to prioritise spending across these categories to deliver the best student experience and support.
About the survey
You’ll receive an email inviting you to participate in the SSAF Survey, open from 21 October until 11.59pm AEDT on 6 November 2026.
It will take less than 5 minutes to complete the survey. Your responses will be de-identified and survey results will be reported back to all Macquarie students with the aim of prioritising future activities and services.

Complete the SSAF survey by 11.59pm AEDT on 6 November 2026. If you would like to enter the prize draw, please include your Student ID. You can submit the survey without providing your Student ID, but you will not be entered into the draw.
Five randomly selected winners will each choose between a Macquarie University hoodie or a $100 grocery voucher.
Hoodies must be collected on campus. Grocery vouchers will be sent digitally to winners’ MQ email addresses.
