Strike up a conversation
Striking up conversations with fellow students is the simplest way to connect with people on campus. Remember, you already have something in common – you’re all studying at Macquarie!
Try using the following conversation starters:
- Do you know if there’s any free food on campus today?
- Where’s the best coffee around here?
- Do you know when our next assignment is due? (reserved for classmates)
- How hot is it today?
- Are you liking this unit?
