Starting at Macquarie can be a big step. Macquarie Mentors are current students who can answer your questions about starting uni and guide you through your first session at Macquarie. They’ll guide you one-on-one through your first six weeks of study to help you get the best start possible and get you connected with your new community.

Peer Assisted Study Sessions (PASS) involves experienced students running weekly study sessions and workshops for other students to help and support their learning. In these sessions, you’ll develop study techniques, improve communication and group interaction skills in a team type learning environment.
We know students who attend these sessions consistently perform better, so check if your unit offers PAL!
The Student Representative Committee (SRC) is 'the University’s peak consultative body for undergraduate and postgraduate students’. It is a student-led, non-political committee. Current students dedicate their time to make things happen for all students at Macquarie.
