We are inviting graduates from 2021 onwards in chronological order of your conferral date. Once a schedule is confirmed for your graduation session, we will send an invitation to your student email account. This will generally be four to six weeks before your ceremony.

Cancellations for the August 2022 Ceremonies: A full refund of the Graduation Fee will be issued if you decide to cancel your attendance and notify us in writing by 11:59pm on Friday 1 August 2022. To cancel, please contact us through an AskMQ enquiry.
Students who are indebted to the University will not be permitted to graduate until such debt is cleared. Graduation allocation is subject to all debts being cleared prior to the qualification cut-off date. We look forward to seeing you on our stage so please ensure you do not have any outstanding debts.
Please check eStudent to ensure your name is correct. You may be liable for a name change replacement fee if your name is incorrect after your graduation documents are printed.
You may defer your graduation for up to 12 months. Permission to defer your ceremony can only be requested after you receive your graduation invitation. Requests will be assessed based on compelling personal, professional, medical, cultural or academic reasons. Requests should be lodged through AskMQ before the closing date for RSVP indicated on your graduation invitation. Documentation supporting your request should be attached as applicable.
Requests to defer your ceremony after the closing date for RSVP of your current graduation allocation will not be approved.
If you are graduating with a postgraduate or undergraduate certificate, study abroad diploma or certificate you will not be invited to attend a graduation ceremony. Your graduation documents will be mailed to you as soon as possible after the graduation series has concluded.
It is your responsibility to ensure your mailing details are kept current at all times. Ensure you check your preferred postal address on eStudent before completing your course.
