Future graduation sessions
Use the table below to see which ceremony series you’re likely to be invited to based on your conferral date.
Please keep in mind that these dates are subject to change – your ceremony date is not confirmed until you receive an official invitation. We recommend waiting until you have received your official invitation and you’ve completed your RSVP and Graduation Fee payment before booking flights or accommodation.
Once the schedule is finalised, your invitation will be sent to your student email 6–8 weeks before the ceremony.

Note:
- Students completing their studies in Session 3 will be conferred in April and invited to a ceremony in October 2025.
- Outstanding Debts and Sanctions: Your degree will not be conferred, and you will not be invited to a graduation ceremony if you have an outstanding debt or active sanction (for example, unpaid fees or an incomplete Unique Student Identifier (USI)). Please ensure all financial obligations and administrative requirements are resolved before the ceremony.
- You are ineligible to attend your ceremony if you have already received or requested to receive your graduation documents.
Upcoming graduation schedule
Graduates who do not attend their allocated graduation OR have not responded to the invitation are considered to have declined to attend and will not be invited to any subsequent ceremony. Your documents will be held by the Graduations Team until you nominate how you would like to receive your documents.
Note: Invitations for the upcoming graduation schedule have been finalised and sent. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate any late requests.
