We provide various services including phone, desk and self-service support, and online request service.

We are back on campus from Monday 18 October 2021!

IT Service Desk will provide face to face IT support to fully vaccinated staff and students by appointment only.

Appointments will be available between 9am - 4pm Monday to Friday. Phone and OneHelp support remain between 8am - 8pm Monday to Friday and 10am - 6pm on weekends.

Vaccination certificate must be presented  upon arrival before entering into our office for your appointment.

Our staff will try our best to assist you in a COVID safe way and we appreciate your cooperation.

OneID

Your OneID is your identity at Macquarie and allows you to access all student systems. Find out how to manage your OneID as a student or staff member.

AppStream

AppStream is an application streaming service for Macquarie students and staff which allows you to access your Macquarie apps on the go.

Zoom

Participate in a Zoom meeting or schedule and host your own. Learn the basics of how to use Zoom as a Macquarie student and make the most of this tool for tutorials, lectures and any other kind of meetings.

Email access

You can access your Macquarie student email via the Gmail platform. Find out how to log in for the first time and get answers to common issues.

Software installation

You can download a variety of software applications directly onto your computer. Access these using your OneID.

Office 365

As a Macquarie student, you can download Microsoft Office Suite for free. View instructions on how to access your Microsoft Office subscription and install Office 365.

iLearn

iLearn is Macquarie's online learning environment. Find out how to access your unit's lecture recordings and submit assignments via this platform by checking out our iLearn guides.

iPrint

Learn how to use iPrint for all your printing needs on campus, including how to send your printing jobs to iPrint locations, pay for them and where to collect them.

OneNet Wi-fi

Connect wirelessly to our campus network with your own personal connection. You'll only need to set your connection once before you can access our network instantly whenever you are on campus.

CaptureMe

Forget about queuing to get your student ID. Upload your own photo and government-issued ID via CaptureMe so you can easily get your Campus Card.

IT status is a real-time view of the live operational status of Macquarie IT systems and services. Check it out any time and subscribe to receive updates.

Alerts

Alerts is a multi-channel emergency broadcast system that alerts you of an emergency on campus, giving you advice on what measures to take to stay safe.

OneHelp

OneHelp is a university-wide online request system that allows users to log issues and requests, and ask our staff for help.
