OneHelp
OneHelp is a university-wide online request system that allows users to log issues and requests, and ask our staff for help.
Hours of Operation
Service Desk is contactable:
- Monday to Friday: 9am – 8pm
- Saturday to Sunday: 10am – 6pm
- Public holidays: 10am – 6pm
TechBar is open:
- Monday to Friday: 8am – 6pm (Ground Floor, 18 Wally's Walk)
We are closed on the dates listed below:
