Li Sze Lim MUIC Scholarship
Li Sze Lim MUIC Scholarship is an international scholarship available to outstanding students from China or Hong Kong applying into any pathway programs at Macquarie University International College (MUIC) in Sydney, Australia.
As a new student commencing study in Macquarie University, you could be eligible for one of the below awards:

To be a successful candidate, the scholarship committee will be assessing student's applications based on the following attributes:
- Academic Merit
Applicants must have an outstanding result in high school as listed in the Eligibility criteria below. - Being an all-rounder and is active in the school and/or community service
The candidate should be actively involved in extracurricular activities and demonstrates commitment towards community service. - Outstanding Character
Applicants should demonstrate characters in loyalty, reliability and responsibility in their video submission as detailed below.

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the scholarship, students must meet the following requirements:
- Have a citizenship of China (PRC) or Hong Kong.
- Have met the University's academic and English requirements of the course to be considered for this scholarship, and hold a full offer of admission to a MUIC packaged course (Standard Foundation, Intensive Foundation or Diploma) at the North Ryde campus.
- Apply for study to one of the MUIC terms commencing in 2019 - 2020
- Have applied for a program that is longer than one term in duration.
- Have applied for a course that has a full-time study load.
- Commence study in the study period and year indicated in your scholarship letter of offer. Commencement may not be deferred.
- Meet academic requirements for your chosen program:

You are not eligible if:
- You are a citizen of Australia, New Zealand, or hold permanent residency of Australia.
- You are currently enrolled at Macquarie University for a program which is equivalent in level.
- You are in receipt of another equivalent or major award or scholarship from Macquarie University, unless you are advised otherwise by the representative of Macquarie University.
- You are a Study Abroad or an Exchange student coming to Macquarie University.

How to apply
1. Applicants must complete an online course application form. Once your course application has been processed, you will receive a Macquarie University Student Number which is compulsory to submit the online scholarship application form.
2. Applicants must complete an online scholarship application form and type “Li Sze Lim MUIC" in the Scholarship Name field.
3. Applicants must provide a short video (30 - 60 seconds) in English covering the following points:
- introducing yourself (who you are and where you are from);
- the program you have applied for, and;
- the reason why you want to study your chosen program at MUIC.
4. Applicants must upload the video to their own Weibo account with
