A Unique Student Identifier (USI) is an individual education identifier issued by the Australian Government and will stay with you for life.
All students are required to have a USI. It is different to your Macquarie University student OneID number.
You need a USI to be eligible for Commonwealth financial assistance and to receive your qualification.
As part of the eStudent upgrade, we want to ensure that we have the correct USI details recorded for you. All you need to do is to review and confirm your USI when prompted on the enrolment summary screen.
