Central Courtyard accommodation options

Central Courtyard has a range of private and shared rooms for students. When choosing your room type, check the total annual cost before applying.

Accommodation applications are primarily reserved for new university students on a 48 week contract. This ensures that we can provide support for new students during their transition into university life.

The availability at Central Courtyard is limited, so not all new applicants will receive an offer of accommodation.

Studio

Our private and self-contained studios are great for students who prefer their own personal space.

These well-designed living spaces offer a range of amenities to ensure comfort and convenience, including:

  • a desk, pin board and chair
  • a large openable window
  • a large fridge-freezer
  • a wardrobe
  • a private ensuite
  • individually-controlled air conditioning and heating
  • a kitchenette with a microwave oven
  • a king single bed.

One bedroom apartment

A step up from studio living, our one bedroom apartments provide even more spacious and comfortable accommodation.

Each one bedroom apartment features:

  • a large fridge-freezer
  • a wardrobe
  • a private ensuite
  • individually-controlled air conditioning and heating
  • a kitchenette with a microwave oven

Twin room

The twin room offers a balance of privacy and socialising. These rooms are perfect for those looking to share with a friend.

The twin room includes:

  • a desk, pin board and chair (each)
  • a large openable window
  • a large fridge freezer
  • two wardrobes
  • shared ensuite
  • air conditioning and heating
  • a shared kitchenette with a microwave oven
  • a dining table and chairs
  • two king single beds.

Four bedroom apartment

You’ll never be short of company in a four bedroom apartment. Enjoy cooking and socialising with new friends, as well as the privacy of your own bedroom.

Company is just a step away in a six bedroom apartment. Enjoy socialising, sharing meals and studying with your friends, while still being able to retreat to the privacy of your own bedroom.

Note: The Six bedroom Plus is a larger bedroom within the six bedroom apartment, for a slightly higher weekly rent.
