Fees
At the time of applying we require:
- an annual cleaning fee
- a rental bond equivalent to four weeks of accommodation fees.
Paying your rent
Rental payments are due fortnightly with the first instalment due 21 days before the contract start date.
Pay your fees via the accommodation portal
Information about your rent and how to pay will be sent by email with your accommodation allocation.
It is important to ensure you are attending Macquarie University before you apply for a room. If you sign a contract, and then decide not to enrol at Macquarie, you may still be liable for the overall cost of the accommodation until a replacement is found for the room.
