Session 1 2025 Applications
We are currently fully booked for the Session 1 2025 period.
Eligible students may apply for the waiting list here.
Session 2 2025 Applications
Should you be an eligible student you can register your interest here for Session 2 2025 and we will notify you via email once the details have been confirmed by the University (towards April 2025).
Note: We do not assign rooms based on the date you apply.
2025 Contract Length
The contract length for new students is 48 weeks.

Fees
At the time of applying we require:
- an annual cleaning fee
- a rental bond equivalent to four weeks of accommodation fees.
Paying your rent
Rental payments are due fortnightly with the first instalment due 21 days before the contract start date.
Pay your fees via the accommodation portal
Information about your rent and how to pay will be sent by email with your accommodation allocation.
It is important to ensure you are attending Macquarie University before you apply for a room. If you sign a contract, and then decide not to enrol at Macquarie, you may still be liable for the overall cost of the accommodation until a replacement is found for the room.
