2025 applications
We are currently fully booked for contracts ending in 2025, although we occasionally have terminations.
Eligible students may apply for the waiting list here.
July 2025 to June 2026 applications
There will be limited contracts available on a 51-week contract for eligible students with a contract start date of July 2025 to June 2026.
Applications for this contract length will open at 10am on 29th April 2025.
- Start date: 3rd July 2025
- End date: 25th June 2026
Please note that the rental rate from 1st January 2026 may increase, as stated in the Residential Agreement.

2026 applications
2026 applications will open September/October 2025 to eligible students, these contracts will start in January 2026 and end December 2026.
Fees
At the time of applying we require:
- an annual cleaning fee
- a rental bond equivalent to four weeks of accommodation fees.
Paying your rent
Rental payments are due fortnightly with the first instalment due 21 days before the contract start date.
Pay your fees via the accommodation portal
Information about your rent and how to pay will be sent by email with your accommodation allocation.
It is important to ensure you are attending Macquarie University before you apply for a room. If you sign a contract, and then decide not to enrol at Macquarie, you may still be liable for the overall cost of the accommodation until a replacement is found for the room.
