Due to scheduled maintenance, the Service Connect Portal will be unavailable from 5pm (AEST) Friday 19 June to 9am (AEST) Monday 22 June 2026.
During this time, you will not be able to access or submit requests through the Service Connect Portal.
Where possible, please submit time-sensitive requests before 5pm (AEST) Friday 19 June.
Special Consideration
Requests can be submitted once the portal becomes available from 9am (AEST) Monday 22 June.
Short Extensions
If you have an eligible assessment due during the outage period, you will need to submit a Special Consideration request when the portal reopens at 9am (AEST) Monday 22 June (Short Extensions are not possible after the assessment due date).
