MFA for IT applications
MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) is now mandatory for Staff and Students signing into applications such as iLearn, eStudent, AppStream, Qualtrics when you are NOT on the MQ University Campus network. It adds a layer of security to your account by the addition of a security challenge that happens after your username and password are accepted.

I can't login to CaptureMe
You must be enrolled into units before applying for a campus card. You can complete your enrolment in eStudent. Once you have enrolled, it takes 24 hours for your account details to sync through to CaptureMe.
You will then be able to login with your MQ student number and OneID password.
