eStudent login error

The error message "You need to log back into eStudent. If the problem persists, please contact Student Connect at ask.mq.edu.au." is a browser error. We are currently working with our vendor to resolve this issue.

Follow the instructions below to resolve this issue:

  1. Go to https://mq.okta.com/login/signout
  2. Clear out your browsing data/cookies/cache for 'All Time'
  3. Log back into eStudent

You can also try using a private browsing window/incognito window or a different browser.

I can't see my unit on iLearn

The majority of iLearn units will become available on the first day of the session which is 22 February 2021.

You can use the unit guide tool to find out then your unit will be available.

I can't login to CaptureMe

CaptureMe error message

You must be enrolled into units before applying for a campus card. You can complete your enrolment in eStudent. Once you have enrolled, it takes 24 hours for your account details to sync through to CaptureMe.

You will then be able to login with your MQ student number and OneID password.

Where can I find my student email address?

You can find your student email address in eStudent.

Click on My Details > Contact Details > Email Addresses

Login to your student email via Gmail.
