Position of Registered Student Executive of an Affiliated Student Organisation
Student Executives who are registered as Authorised Representatives act as the liaisons between the Student Group and the University. These roles are equivalent to President / Secretary / Treasurer.
This activity has been approved to be recognised on AHEGS as of February 2025. No retrospective recognition will be made prior to this approval date.
AHEGS qualification criteria
You must have:
- held the role for a minimum 12-month consecutive tenure, and
- the Student Group must be affiliated for the full duration of that tenure
- attended four (4) Student Engagement nominated development workshops
- submitted your group's End-of-Year Activity Report, containing:
- President’s Report
- Secretary’s Report
- Treasurer’s Report (incl. Financial Statement)

- Personal capabilities (leadership)
- Report Writing
