Student Care and ReportingMQ Wellbeing app

Contact Student Care and Reporting.

Our student care and reporting network responds to concerns involving students. Ranging from wellbeing concerns about yourself or another student; reporting inappropriate behaviour, misconduct, harassment, sexual assault or violence; as well as complaints and feedback to the university.

Download the MQ Wellbeing app for Android or iOS.

MQ Wellbeing is the app that can help you achieve balance in your life. Keep track of your wellbeing with tools designed to monitor your habits, connect with the MQ community and reach your potential. MQ Wellbeing provides you with ongoing support, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and connects you with opportunities that support your success at Macquarie and beyond. (Funded by the SSAF.)

Student Wellbeing Advisors are now available to support students during COVID-19. This is a service for students who may not need therapeutic counselling but might just need a chat, are in quarantine or just need some additional Wellbeing support. Please note, we do not provide any academic advice.

To book a wellbeing check up, please complete this form.

The University has developed a Student Success Support Package to financially help students struggling due to COVID-19.  Please see our Welfare Services for more details about how to apply.
