Getting answers to your queries

AskMQ allows students to submit and get answers to common and specific enquiries relating to the processes and services offered by Macquarie University.

The Knowledge Base

The Knowledge Base is where you can view answers to common questions. Just type your question or key word in the search bar and click on the search result that best suits your enquiry.

Submit an enquiry

If you have a specific enquiry, you can submit it by:

1. Choosing the type of student you are:
   • Current student
   • Domestic future student
   • International future student
2. Following instructions on the page and filling out the corresponding form. Current students will need to log in using their OneID and password.

You will later be contacted by the AskMQ staff who will guide you through your enquiry.
