TalkCampus and Study Without Stress

Find support in the palm of your hand.

TalkCampus is an online peer support community for Macquarie students. It provides access to support any time of day, anywhere in the world via the TalkCampus app.

Study Without Stress is a program designed by Macquarie University experts to help you develop practical skills and empowering habits to manage everyday stress.

Students have found TalkCampus and Study Without Stress a beneficial and engaging way to access support online. However, if you are seeking treatment for a specific mental health condition, we recommend consultation with a registered health professional. If you would like to discuss any mental health concerns, please consult with a general practitioner or Student Wellbeing to identify a treatment plan for you.

How to access TalkCampus

  1. Download the TalkCampus app for free from Google Play or the App Store
  2. Select the ‘Sign up’ button on the home page of the app
  3. Enter your university email address and choose a password

TalkCampus is available in 25 languages including:

  • English
  • Mandarin
  • Cantonese
  • Hindi
  • Urdu
  • Bengali.

This program will help unleash your potential by developing practical skills to manage everyday stress—key life skills that support your academic success, wellbeing, and life beyond university

During this self‑paced online course, you’ll learn how to:
