Online mental health support can be a great resource if you are looking for convenient and evidence-based ways of taking care of your mental health, especially if it's hard to find the time to attend appointments.

There are a many online, self-paced options available. We recommend online services that offer evidence-informed, and evaluated programs, for example:

Mindspot is a free service that provides confidential and accessible online counselling and treatment, for anxiety, depression or a persistent low mood, OCD and others. Mindspot also offer up to 4 sessions of teletherapy, free psychology treatment with a psychologist.

This Way Up offers online self-paced, online programs for sleep problems, stress management,  depression and anxiety. They offer a module specifically for students, to help with time management, procrastination, and stress management

Head to Health is a government-funded website that provides a directory of online and phone-based mental health services, as well as information and resources on a wide range of mental health topics.
