Peer Assisted Learning
PAL/PASS Leaders are responsible for developing PAL session plans and worksheets, delivering scheduled sessions, collaborating with other PAL Leaders, and attending regular team meetings and developmental opportunities.
This activity has been approved to be recognised on AHEGS as of April 2018. No retrospective recognition will be made prior to this approval date.
AHEGS qualification criteria
Interested students are required to meet the following standard selection criteria to be eligible:
- attend at least 14 hours training in PAL/PASS leadership
- engage in 2 team meetings per semester
- perform PAL/PASS Leader duties as per position description
- facilitate PAL/PASS sessions for at least 2 Sessions (or equivalent).
