Macquarie Business School Scholar Buddy Program

As a Peer Leader in the Macquarie Business School Scholar Buddy Program, your role is to support and mentor a first-year scholar to help them make a successful transition into university life.

"This activity has been approved to be recognised on AHEGS as of April 2019. No retrospective recognition will be made prior to this approval date."

AHEGS qualification criteria

Student must have committed to the program for one full session.

Eligible students must also:

  • attend the Program Launch and the closing event
  • commit 10 hours per session organising catch ups with their buddy
  • attend social event and professional development workshop
  • provide online feedback
  • complete a project with their buddy within the given time.
