S2 2017 Transcript Blackout Period

The blackout period for Session 2 2017 is Monday 4 December to Friday 15 December 2017.

This is the period when exam results are being entered into the system and transcripts are not able to be produced for current students enrolled in Session 2 2017 (they will be available for alumni and students not enrolled in S2 units). During the blackout period, the following time frames apply.

Transcripts ordered between Monday 4 December and Friday 15 December 2017 will be mailed out or made available for collection from Monday 18 December if you are not qualifying at the end of Session 2 2017. If you do intend to qualify, please follow the instructions below.

Qualifying Students

If you intend to qualify for your degree at the close of Session 2 2017 you will need to inform Student Connect of this when you order your transcript. Students qualifying for their degree who preorder transcripts will have their documents made available for collection or mailed out from Tuesday 19 December 2017 but may be released later if you have not yet been qualified at the time of printing. Qualifying students who order transcripts who do not inform Student Connect that they are qualifying at the end of Session 2 2017 will not be issued refunds if the ordered transcripts do not reflect their qualification.
