Providing access to devices
Students enrolled at Macquarie University and studying onshore may apply for a loan computer.
The Computer Loan Scheme is focused on creating digital inclusion and addressing the impact of digital exclusion on the most vulnerable students. Addressing and disrupting the negative impacts of digital exclusion is critical to ensure that all students can access and complete their education. Creating digital inclusion is also critical to the University’s endeavour to foster equity and inclusion to create an environment where all students can thrive.
The Computer Loan Scheme provides students with access to technology they need to complete their study. Eligible students can apply to access a computer that will be reviewed to determine genuine need and loaned to them by the University for their program.
