If you are enrolled but currently living outside of Australia, below are a range of support options that you can access.

Talk Campus

Talk Campus is an online peer support community for Macquarie students. The app allows you to be anonymous while accessing support from peers across the globe in a safe environment.

You can talk to other students about your concerns and challenges any time of day, anywhere in the world via the TalkCampus app.

Talk Campus is available 24 hours/7 days, in 12+ languages, whether you are onshore and offshore.

MQ Wellbeing App

The MQ Wellbeing app contains information, podcasts and interactive exercises to support you in your personal and academic life.

Self Guided Coping Strategies

Information on managing exam stress, dealing with anxiety and depression and relaxation skills can be found on the self-guided coping page.

Care Report

You can use the Care Report to request help or assistance for wellbeing concerns. These can include concerns about your mental health, disability or health condition impacting your study, concerns about finances or safety. More information can be found on the Student care and reporting page.

You can contact Macquarie University on +61 2 9850 6410 for concerns about studies, enrolment and results.

If you need assistance with a wellbeing concern including your mental health, disability or health condition affecting study, financial or safety concerns, please make a CARE report. Student Wellbeing staff will contact you via email, phone or Zoom to discuss your concerns, and help plan next steps.
