Study Australia Industry Experience Program

Study Australia Industry Experience Program (SAIEP) is a two-week program giving international tertiary students the opportunity to work in student teams on real-world industry projects with Australian and global employers.

Through this program, you can:

  • Gain experience with working in cross-disciplinary teams
  • Build and develop highly-valued soft/transferrable skills – communication, critical thinking, problem-solving etc.
  • Improve your employability opportunities in the competitive job market with practical experience
  • Connect and expand your professional network

Each student will be required to commit 25 hours over the two-week period, so please make sure you can commit to this before submitting your expression of interest.

January 2024 Round Dates

  • Expression of Interest: Open now till 12 December 2023
  • Student orientation: Monday 15 January 2024
  • Program dates:  Monday 22 January – Monday 5 February 2024
