SRC aims and charter
The SRC has identified several priorities for proposed expenditure above and beyond the current level of University expenditure in the allowable spending areas of the SSAF legislation.
These priorities are:
- addressing any issues or concerns students have brought to their attention
- improving different aspects of student life on campus (parking, study spaces, library access)
- creating more social engagement opportunities to help students feel more connected to the MQ community (sports carnival)
- Providing free support to students throughout their journey in Macquarie (professional headshots, subsided food, exam packs)
- Providing financial support to students and student groups to support their learning and experience at MQ
- Improving the safety and welfare of students
