Book a shuttle service from Sydney Airport to your accommodation in Sydney. Travel to Macquarie Park District for free, and anywhere else within Sydney from $75.

Please check that the following is true before booking an airport shuttle request:

  1. You must be a Macquarie Student. Your student ID number is required to complete the online booking.
  2. The request is completed at least 3 working days before your arrival date.
  3. Your flights and accommodation have been confirmed and booked.
  4. You have a copy of your flight itinerary ready to upload.

Confirmation of pickup

An approval email will be sent to the email address you provide in the request form. You can also check your confirmation in the app. This approval email is important as it will provide you with instructions on where to meet the driver.  If you do not receive a confirmation email and your booking is not confirmed in the app, please contact 2 Airport company.

Common FAQs

Which suburbs are included in the Macquarie Park district?

You can book a free shuttle service if you are travelling from Sydney Airport to North Ryde, Marsfield, Macquarie Park, Epping, Eastwood and Denistone.

Can I book the service if I'm going outside Macquarie Park district?

Yes, you can. Discounted shuttle or private services available for all other locations – prices start from $75 AUD.

Can I book the service if I am travelling with additional passengers?

If you are travelling with additional people who are not Macquarie University students, a fee will be payable during the booking process through the app. If the additional passenger is a Macquarie student, they must complete a separate booking.

Where will I meet the driver?

The driver will meet you at McDonald’s restaurant located inside the International Airport arrivals.

You can also use the 2-airport app to track the location of the driver.

How many bags am I allowed to bring?

Two checked bags and two carry-on bags are included in the transfer, any additional checked bag is charged at $5 per bag and is paid when booking the service.
