GPA Calculator
The Grade Point Average (GPA) is a calculation that reflects the overall grade of a student for the course that they are admitted into.
It is based on units completed (passed and failed) within a degree at Macquarie University and does not consider credit points granted for prior studies that has been carried over to your currently admitted course, ie designated credit received from a course transfer, or designated credit received from Macquarie University International College (the College) and non-award studies. The GPA is printed on all academic records. It is used in academic advising in the following areas: for unit prerequisites; for admission to Bachelor Honours programs; for transfer from one degree program to another; and for admission to restricted areas of study.
