The Vice-Chancellor has announced that MQ Health General Practice is now taking bookings for staff and students for AstraZeneca vaccination.

Administered by GPs and nurses in our world-class general practice facilities, you can book in for your vaccine by making an online appointment via the MQ Health booking page.

You’ll need to have a Medicare card for this service to be bulk billed. If you don’t have a Medicare card, please book your vaccination at a GP-led Respiratory Clinic or state vaccination clinic instead. The nearest one to MQ practice is Ryde Respiratory Clinic.

Professor Simon Willcock, MQ Health’s Clinical Program Head – Primary and Generalist Care, Wellbeing and Diagnostics has created a very clear video on vaccination to dissipate all your doubts regarding the vaccine.

Make sure you and the ones around you are safe and get your vaccine!
