When you’ve been stressed out and not feeling quite like yourself it can be difficult to know what to do. Check your levels of stress, anxiety, or low mood and see if you might benefit from learning specific tools to improve the way you feel, with 'This Way Up' and their free and anonymous Take-a-Test Tool.
We're using Jamboard to spread positivity and send good vibes. A few small words can change someones day for the better so help us spread positivity during Wellbeing Week by adding some kind words to our positive affirmation jamboard.
The Blackdog Institute presents: The Mental Health Challenge! Over the next 6 weeks, you can work through activities and strategies used by psychologists and sports psychologists to build resilience, wellbeing and ultimately – your mental fitness!
Struggling because you don't know how to cook? Our Head Chef Housien shares with you different easy and quick recipes.

Week 6 – Week 12, Online (no sessions during mid-session break)
Free group coaching sessions for all Undergraduate students studying any units in the Faculty of Science and Engineering. These sessions will be led by students, or Success Coaches. Any information you share in the sessions will remain anonymous from any staff.
Coaching sessions provide a positive space for students and success coaches to focus on solutions to study related concerns. Each week the Success Coaches will focus on a particular topic based on the discussions the week prior. The theme for the first week of sessions is staying on top of your wellbeing.
Even if you don't have any feedback or concerns, come along and meet some fellow students studying similar disciplines to you as it is a great way to make some friends in lockdown and feel less alone.
