Applying for the University’s new on campus accommodation is really easy in our Accommodation Portal.
It should take around 15 minutes if you follow these simple steps.
If you want to apply for one of the other accommodation options, then check their websites to apply directly.
Our new accommodation will be very popular so apply as early as possible.
Make sure you keep a secure record of your registration details for the Accommodation Portal to make it easy to login at any time.
Enter as many preferences as possible to maximise your chance of an offer.
Incomplete applications may not be considered so please follow the process carefully and submit any required documents. You'll receive an email when your application has been successfully completed.
Make sure you register an email address that you regularly check. Don’t miss out on important information about your application … or your letter of offer!
If you apply and then your circumstances change then please log back into the portal and update your application.

Your offer will be sent by email to your preferred email address so keep an eye out for it.
You will also receive a copy of the Residential Agreement and Residential Handbook which you should read carefully.
Follow the instructions in your offer letter. This includes accepting the Residential Agreement and making a payment to secure your room.
After this you can get excited about living on campus at Macquarie.
