If you or someone you know is experiencing difficulties and you’d like information about coping strategies, we have various self-help resources, including:

  • managing exam stress
  • dealing with depression
  • relaxation skills

These resources have been prepared by the Counselling Service at Macquarie and can be viewed in iLearn.
