Note : Qualifying Students
If you intend to qualify for your degree at the close of Session 2 2019 first check your unofficial academic transcript, after results release, to make sure your transcript information is up to date before you request an official academic transcript. All requests for official academic transcripts will be taken at face value and no refunds will be available if you didn’t check first using an unofficial transcript. Please follow the instructions below for “How to request an unofficial academic transcript”.
An official academic transcript includes enrolment details, units, results, credit points, course completion and/or conferral of award details, as well as all fails and withdrawals.

I ordered my document but haven’t received it yet?

- If you ordered your document after 12noon on a Friday for example, your request would not be actioned until Monday afternoon. Postal times would be then be applicable should you have requested that option.
- For documents being posted, delivery times vary within Australia and Internationally depending on factors like distance, remoteness and public holidays.
