To ensure the safety and wellbeing of MUSE visitors and staff, we ask you to observe the following conditions of entry:

  • Swipe access for Macquarie University students and staff only. You will need to swipe your student/staff card to enter the building.
  • Macquarie University students and staff who are unwell are asked to stay at home.
  • Ensure 1.5 metre distance from others.
  • Seating and tables are to remain in place to comply with physical distancing.
  • Study spaces in MUSE are available via swipe access between 8.30am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday
  • Follow floor markings.
  • Ensure good hand hygiene. Soap and water are available in the bathrooms and hand sanitiser stations are provided throughout the building. Clean your hands before and after using PCs, equipment or collection items.
  • Staff at the door will manage numbers entering the building

OneHelp

OneHelp is Macquarie’s university-wide online IT request system. It is an interactive, self-service request tracker.

You can use it to log IT issues and requests and monitor them to completion through automatic email notification and status updates. You can easily raise and track IT and non-IT requests directly on OneHelp.

There is one entry point into the tool, ensuring the ability to pass tickets between each business unit when necessary. Use your OneID to enter.
