Access eStudent and Campus Cards

eStudent

eStudent is the online facility you will use to update your personal details, complete online eCAF (Commonwealth Assistance Form) for FEE-HELP, and view and pay any outstanding debts. Candidates are required to review the information in eStudent regularly to ensure the details reflect your current candidature status and you have no outstanding fees.

Logging into eStudent

1. Enter your student ID

2. Enter your password. If you have not logged into eStudent before, your password is your Date of Birth in the form: DDMMYYYY.

Note: If it is your first-time logging into eStudent or if your password has just been reset, the system will prompt you to change your password. Note: Passwords are case sensitive. If you have forgotten your password, please contact: Student IT Helpdesk on: (02) 98504357.

Campus Cards

All candidates require a Campus Card. Your student ID number is imprinted on the card and this ID number should be quoted in all communications with the University.

The Campus Card is also your Library Card and should be carried with you whenever you are on campus. Lost campus cards may be replaced however, a fee will be charged.

Obtaining a campus card

New Macquarie students: For information on obtaining your Macquarie University Student ID card Please go to the MQ Campus Card webpage.

Prior Macquarie students: If you were studying at Macquarie last year, you do not need to get a new campus card.
