Connect with your HDR peers
Higher Degree by Research (HDR) Meet and Mingle is a space for HDR students to come together, share the highs and lows of their research journeys, and build a strong network of support to remind you that you’re not alone.

We organise monthly meet and mingle events including social, wellbeing and networking events.
Upcoming events are listed below and on the HDR Mentors Facebook page.
2021 Meet & Mingle
We will kick off 2021 with the theme 'A New Leaf'. COVID-19 has affected all of us and we do need to be mindful of that. However, with vaccines around the corner, this new year brings some new light with it. At the upcoming Meet and Mingle, we intend to cultivate some cheer and a sense of togetherness among the HDR community. Everyone can share what their plans (resolutions, upcoming milestones etc) are for this year, what a new normal looks like for them and what the Mentors can do to improve your HDR experience.
Let’s learn from each other’s stories and progress together. RSVP for our Meet & Mingle now.
Date: Thursday, 11 February 2021
Time: 12pm – 1pm

PS: Feel free to be creative with the theme. Maybe you can dress up or have a zoom background in line with it.
