Participate in a global research experience

Take advantage of the development, mobility and funding opportunities provided to graduate research students. Embrace the opportunity to deepen your understanding of your discipline and extend your networks globally.

Explore a range of international mobility programs designed to foster research experiences, collaboration and career development.

We have opportunities for our graduate research students to visit our international university partners or participate in summer/winter schools:

  • Research visits: Opportunities for our graduate research students to visit our international university partners, chosen for their research excellence and alignment of research areas with our areas of research expertise. Funding and support may be available to assist with travel, accommodation, and research-related expenses. Eligibility criteria, application processes and available partner institutions will vary, so students are encouraged to review the program details and discuss their options with their supervisors.
  • Virtual mobility opportunities: Summer/winter school opportunities provided at many of our partner universities, offering short-term, intensive programs that allow you to deepen your research knowledge, explore new methodologies and engage with international peers and experts.  These virtual mobility opportunities provide flexibility to participate in workshops, lectures and collaborative projects without the need for travel, broadening your academic experience and enhancing your global perspective.
