We're here to help

Our friendly team in our Faculty of Science and Engineering Student Centre are here to provide assistance.

Our Student Centre in 14 Sir Christopher Ondaatje Avenue has been re-opened on campus with reduced hours – Monday to Friday from 9am to 4.30pm.

For the health and safety of our students and staff, we will continue to offer bookable appointments via Zoom. Appointments are available Monday to Friday from 9am to 4pm.

There is currently a high demand for Zoom appointments. If your enquiry is urgent, drop into the Faculty Student Centre or submit an AskMQ request with the heading “URGENT program advice needed for S1 enrolment”. The faculty will prioritise these requests and ensure you receive a prompt reply.

If you have questions related to your studies or if you're just not sure where to get help, contact our team via any of the methods below:

  • Submit an ask.mq.edu.au enquiry
  • Book an online Zoom appointment (priority will be given to students unable to join us on campus)
  • Call the team directly on 9850 6001
  • Drop in to see us in 14 Sir Christopher Ondaatje Avenue (you may be asked to then meet via Zoom if your enquiry will take longer than 15 minutes)
