Suggested subjects for your first year
There’s a lot to think about when starting a new course. To help simplify things, our enrolment guide recommends a list of units to take in the first year of your undergraduate or postgraduate degree.
The guide is a suggestion only. You’re free (as long as you meet any pre-requisites) to enrol in something else if you wish – just ensure you choose units from the Macquarie University Handbook for the degree you are studying.
