Community development activities

Since 2009, PACE International has led the way for student participation in international community development. It is well respected for its approach to ensuring that students can make a real and meaningful contribution to community development initiatives around the world.

We work with a number of non-government organisations and social enterprises in developing countries on long-term projects that are:

  • driven by community priorities
  • aligned with national sustainability and development goals.

All of the organisations involved within our community development program must meet international development guidelines to confirm their work is ethical in design, production and outcome

We are also constantly evaluating the work we are doing in this space to make sure that our activities are aligned with:

  • the goals of our partner organisations
  • the requirements of ethical international development.
