Understanding and calculating your MUIC GPA

If you were a part of the Macquarie University International College (MUIC) before 2020, your transcript will reflect a Grade Point Average (GPA). Your GPA is based on units completed (passed and failed) within a course at MUIC.

To verify or calculate your GPA you must enter all units within your current admitted course that have been passed or failed, excluding W grades, S grades and units listed as Specified Credit on your internal transcript:

  1. Enter the total number of credit points of HD, D, Cr, P, F, FA and FW in each of the relevant boxes.
  2. Enter 0 in the boxes where you did not obtain any credit points in that grade.
  3. Click calculate and your GPA will be displayed.
