Accepting your scholarship offer
Follow these instructions to accept your scholarship offer by the due date.
If you are successful for a Macquarie University coursework scholarship, you will receive an email from the Coursework Scholarships and Prizes Unit outlining the terms and conditions of the scholarship that you have been offered.
Read the details of the offer carefully. If you agree to the terms and conditions, follow the instructions in the email to complete the online acceptance form or email attachment by the due date.
Scholarship offers may lapse if not accepted on time.
Most scholarship offers cannot be deferred.
If your offer is for a scholarship that is a payment to your bank account, ensure that you follow the instructions to enter your banking details in eStudent:
- Log in to eStudent.
- Click on "My Finances".
- Once in the "Financial Transactions" section, click on "My Bank Details".
- Enter/Update your bank details.
Important:
- The BSB number must be in the format, three digits dash three digits. Example: 123-123.
- The bank account should not contain any spaces or dashes and must not be more than nine digits long.
Keep your banking details up to date in eStudent if your details change before the next payment.
