JPNS360 activities

As a student of JPNS360, you have the opportunity to apply for an international placement at one of our partner educational institutions. These activities would involve you supporting teaching staff and school labs, and providing general administrative assistance. Please find below more information about each of the participating partner institution.

**Please note: Any students interested in this activity must speak to the JPNS360 unit convenor, Dr Mio Bryce, for more details before applying.**

National Institute of Technology, Akashi College

NITAC was founded in 1962 as one of the first national colleges of technology. More information can be found on the NITAC website.

National Institute of Technology, Fukushima College

The National Institute of Technology, Fukushima College (Fukushima KOSEN) was founded in April 1962 as one of the first institutes of technology in Japan. More information can be found on the Fukushima KOSEN website.

Kanda Jogakuen Junior and Senior High School

Kanda Jogakuen Junior and Senior High School is a private girls’ school in central Tokyo. The school has a well established history, and supports a curriculum that places emphasis on a global perspective to learning and developing. More information can be found on the Kanda High School website.

*Please note that the Kanda activity is run in Session 2 (September).

Activity Information

Country and Location: Japan, Tokyo

Timing: Winter Vacation (June - July), Session 2 (September), Session 3 (December - February)

Activity duration: 2 weeks

Activity cost: N/A- no fees are payable to PACE International. Please note student out of pocket expenses will include flights, accommodation, meals, incidental living costs etc.
