Vanuatu Law Activity

The Vanuatu Law Activity, developed by the MQ Law School, will allow PACE students to reserach a topic related to environemntal law during a week of seminars and cultural activities at the University of the South Pacific (USP). PACE students will work collaboratively with law students from USP. This years reserach topic is Climate Change and Migration: Informal Settlements in the South Pacific due to Climate Change. During the second week of the activity PACE students will spend time with a Port Vila based NGO where they will continue research on a similar topic in line with the requirements of the host organisation.

Location: Port Vila, Vanuatu

Dates: 6-20 July 2019

Activity cost: Approx $1200-$1500* TBC

Cost includes: In-Country Support, In-country Orientation, Accommodation, 5 x Lunches, Cultural Field Trips, Airport Transfers

Cost excludes: Flight to destination, Laundry, Visa, Personal expenses, Unit tuition

PACE Travel Grants available (subject to eligibility): $900-$3000
