Re-enrol

eStudent Enrolment Access

To help prepare for 2018 enrolments, eStudent will be unavailable for enrolment for undergraduate and postgraduate coursework students from 31 August until the end of October. From the end of October students will regain access to enrol for Session 3 2017 and 2018 units.

When eStudent is unavailable for enrolment you can still use eStudent for other functions:

  • Withdraw from any enrolled unit(s)
  • Check your 2017 timetable
  • Make any payments
  • View Session 2 exam results on the afternoon of 14 December

Please note: This is only applicable to undergraduate and postgraduate coursework students. Macquarie University International College and Research students will still have access to enrolment during this period.

Re-enrolment information for continuing students

On this page you’ll find links to help you re-enrol in units and register for classes for the new academic year whether you are an undergraduate, a postgraduate, attending the College, or a research candidate.

Remember: the last day to withdraw from a unit without academic or financial penalty is the census date.

Student Services and Amenities Fee (SSAF)

The SSAF fee contributes towards the funding for student services, support and facilities of a non-academic nature and of benefit to all students.

If this fee applies to you it will show in eStudent under the my finances tab the day after you enrol.

Find more information about the Student Services and Amenities Fee, such as how to pay or defer this fee.
