How to Apply
We welcome both domestic and international Macquarie students to apply for University Accommodation.
Applications for 2012 are now open!
Students are welcome to apply any time prior to semester intake but be quick to avoid disappointment. See intake dates.

| 6 Months | Full rental amount paid up front |
| Short Stay | 1 month rent + security deposit (4 weeks rent) |
Before making an application for accommodation, please ensure you have the following:
1. A formal academic offer from Macquarie University (applies to both domestic and international students)
2. An approved student visa (applies to international students only)
3. University accommodation is not available to students under 18 years of age
Please note, the extension period for current residents for Semester 2 will open at the end of April and close on the 10th May 2012
Please note - applications for new residents for Semester 2 (July - Dec) will open mid May 2012.
