Students can register with the Disability Service at any time in their studies.

Students registering with the Disability Service will need to complete a Disability Service Registration form and provide recent documentation from their Doctor or other Health Professional that describes their disability and/or health condition and the impact that it has on their studies.

A copy of the Health Professional Form that can be completed by your Doctor or Health Professional is found below.

Through an assessment interview that draws on the Doctor's or Health Professional's report and the student's experience, the Disability Advisor and the student will determine what services are needed.

Assessment interviews can be conducted by email, phone, TTY or face to face.

Students are encouraged to register as soon as possible to allow enough time for services to be in place when they are needed.
