Welcome to Orientation!

Orientation Week - or 'O Week' as you'll come to know it - is all about welcoming you to Macquarie University. As a new student, O Week is a great opportunity to discover our campus, experience university life and find out everything you need to know to prepare for the start of session.

O Week Session 1, 2017: Monday 20 - Friday 24 February

Our next O Week is for Session 1, 2017 at the North Ryde campus from Monday 20 to Friday 24 February. Full details of what's on will be available by the end of January (so check back here) and we welcome all new and returning students to join us during this week.

Your time at O Week starts with a faculty welcome session, where you'll meet with your Macquarie University Mentor, be introduced to key faculty staff and shown around your new learning environment. Its here that you'll be given important information and preparation advice relating to your course and what to do on your first day.

After the welcome session, there's campus and library tours to help you find where everything is, plus a raft of free workshop events and fun social activities to attend. Places for some activities are limited so make sure you register in early February for Session 1, 2017 to avoid missing out on the day.

Invitations for our next O Week will be sent out to your student email address in early February, so accept and enrol online now!
